* Anti-depression effect due to adenosine content

Cordyceps, Reishi, Shiitake, Maitake
* Stress reducer

* Anti-depressant/anti-stress effect

Siberian eleuthero(roots)
* Relieves stress and reduces fatigue

There are still more fruits and vegetables that can help in reducing stress, but honestly, acquiring all these stuffs is nearly impossible.
